Our CLF's investment in staff means that teachers are well placed to develop their careers and move into different roles and at time to different schools. This positive movement of staff results in a variety of employment opportunities which we proactively communicate to alumni.
We have numerous examples of staff that have spent time in schools outside of the CLF to then return into advanced roles with a wealth of additional experience and knowledge. This refreshing flow of new ideas is what keeps us at the forefront of educational practice.
As trainee teachers within the CLF you will be leaders of your classroom and to support that we provide provide professional development throughout your time with us. you will receive exposure to outstanding leaders at various stages in their careers alongside specific input to support your development.
